Greet customers, take accurate orders, engage customers politely, look professional.

Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread etc. following traditional and modern recipes
Create new and exciting desserts to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers
Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings etc. to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting
Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar etc. and make appropriate orders within budget
Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking
Guide and motivate pastry assistants and bakers to work more efficiently
Identify staffing needs and help recruit and train personnel
Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards

Responsible for prepping food and plating dishes according to the Executive Chef's specifications. duties will include setting up sides using ovens, grills, smoker and vegetable prep station. This is an entry-level position that handles preparatory work to set up the kitchen for success. Responsibilities also will include setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies; preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces) Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff. Position will report to Executive Chef. Must maintain all safety and health standards.

Responsibilities include welcoming customers, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders. Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers; mixing beverages using an extensive range of ingredients including liquor, bitters, soda, water, sugar, and fruits; The Bartender will be responsible for serving patrons at our front bar and fulfilling drink orders for the dining room, monitoring the cash drawer at the bar and serving customers.
