Still waiting on shower glass and mirrors. However we completely demo'd this bathroom except for the vanities. We repaired rotten subfloor and floor joists. Installed new shower plumbing, shower pan, and tile in walls and floor. Built a custom niche with a granite sill bottom. We installed a stand alone tub to include plumbing and fixtures. Tiled the bathroom floor. Install trim under the crown mold in order to keep from having a small tile cut (almost no one else would go to this kind of trouble), installed base and shoe. New lighting, light/fan units. Installed and finished drywall around tub, removed wallpaper and finished drywall in all walls. Painted all trim and walls.

One month ago today I met a woman whose husband had suffered a stroke and had been in the hospital over a month. She desperately needed an accessible bathroom in the downstairs of her home in order to bring her husband home.
Although we are extremely busy I was able to ask some customers to let me push back their jobs in order to take care of this immediate need.
We were able to get to it right away. Turning the dining room in to a bedroom. Adding bi fold doors at the entrance, building a closet, and pushing the half bath 4’ into the new bedroom in order to add a shower.
In the bathroom we added a pocket door, level entry shower, grab bars, accessible plumbing fixtures, lighting, and we moved the toilet and sink plumbing. Installing a pedestal sink in order for a wheelchair to roll up. We also painted and in the new bedroom added crown mold and chair rail on the new walls in order to match the existing.
We were able to complete this in 2 weeks so that our new friend would have a nice, accessible, functional bathroom and bedroom for her now physically challenged husband.
I’m so grateful for a great team and also that we’re able to make a living while also helping people in need.
It is certainly a ministry of provision.

I first met with this customer December 2021. They bought this house in an historic neighborhood and wanted to remodel the bathroom but keep the "period" look. Although they wanted the retro look they wanted some modern upgrades.
We were able to use tile from the same era the house was built but add a level entry shower floor, upgrade the plumbing, add lighting in the shower ceiling, as well as a granite seat. We also built the arch going in to the shower to match other entrances in the house.
If you look closely you'll be able to see the attention to detail with the tile trim on the arch and the patterned tile as well as the deco.
The customer was very happy with the final result.

Some before and after photos of a job we just completed. This young, military couple paid another contractor a deposit and never heard from him again. I was able to squeeze this job in and do it with no deposit in order to ease their anxiety.

This is a wonderful example of an accessible bathroom. We added the entire bathroom. This was in order to help a special needs woman have some independence where she lived with her parents. It's more than a tile job, it's a new life for someone who deserves to experience some of the things that many of us take for granted.

A couple of before and after pics of a shower we just replaced. There was a leaking shower pan which, over time caused the wood beneath the shower to rot. We demo'd the old tile. sub structure, rotted plywood, and floor joists. We replaced all the wood rot, installed a new schluter pan system, and waterproofed the entire shower using roll on waterproofing and fiberglass mesh in every corner. While we stayed with a nostalgic theme for the tile install, we used a modern style that brought old and new together to match the rest of the bathroom. We added a niche and a new light/fan unity.

If you've never done it, it's hard to imagine how overwhelming it can be to begin installing 3000 sqft of tile. While we don't do commercial work regularly I'm so grateful that my crew is up for any task.

This was the 5th new shower in the last 2 months we've had to go in, tear out, and redo it right. While on the job we also noticed the previous contractor had made some mistakes in the hallway floor. We also fixed that.

Another happy Customer! When I first went to look at this job the old shower was leaking in to the room below. The work had been done by a previous home owner and the waterproofing/design was just not good.

We were able to come up with a better design and go back in with the right floor system and waterproofing that allows a larger shower space with no door or curtain.

We're happy when our customers are happy. And today we're happy!

In this master we removed a tub/shower combo to add a level entry shower with a partial glass wall to seperate the wet and toilet space.
The floors in both bathrooms are a custom creation. the 12x12 Cream tiles are whole tiles however the black pieces were cut out of 12x12's and the small 2x2's were cut out of 12x12's.
This may seem simple enough however we regularly have to tear out poorly done work that not only looks bad but also leads to underlying consequences that impact peoples homes.
We do everything we do by code, using the parameters put forth by the National Tile Council of America. We are members of the local and national Home Builders associations and fully insured.
We may not be cheap however I've learned for myself the high cost of cheap work!
