We are looking for an energetic go getter to join our office team. We are a small business that sells, services, and installs commercial laundry equipment as well as sell parts and supplies for commercial machines. This person will need to be able to be flexible as to job title because they will be doing things in each department we have.

Duties to include but not limited to:

• Answering phones.
• Filing for parts, service, and equipment.
• Input service calls into our service system, gather all the information including name, address, phone number, email address, machine make, model, serial number, description of the problem and any requested service date.
• Warranty registration for new machines.
• Submit warranty claims for parts under warranty.
• Put parts in stock once they arrive, pull parts as instructed by the parts manager, pack parts for shipment.
• Learn how parts and service works to act as a backup for people in those positions and a back up for the office.
Hours would be Monday-Friday 8-2. We offer a Simple IRA after 12 months. Starting pay $16.00 per hour.
