Starting August 10th, the VA is lifting the ban on agent commissions for VA loan transactions! This update, stemming from the NAR settlement, is a game-changer for both our VA homebuyers and our agent partners. 🙌

✅ Veterans can now pay reasonable commissions and broker fees

✅ Sellers can still pay buyer-broker fees without it counting as a seller concession to the buyer
