Hey families - Green Gables Kindergarten Camp is next week, Aug. 19th and 20th from 9 AM to 12 PM.

🏅🌿 Way to go, FWPS schools! King County, Washington - Government Green Schools Program recently released the list of FWPS schools recognized for engaging in environmentally conscious practices, and 24 schools, spanning from elementary to high school made the list! Of those, five schools - Camelot Elementary School, Green Gables Elementary, Lakota Middle School, Olympic View K-8, and Sequoyah Middle School - received the Sustaining status for maintaining and building on level one, two, and three practices. In addition, three student teams from Camelot Elementary, TAF at Saghalie, and Thomas Jefferson High School - FWPS were recognized as a "Green Team" for promoting and engaging in energy conservation practices. 🍃 💧

We are FWPS proud of our schools for their Green efforts toward resource conservation and sustainability.

Additional schools recognized include: Brigadoon Elementary School, Career Academy at Truman Campus Federal Way, Federal Way High School, Federal Way Public Academy, Illahee Middle School, Kilo Middle School , Lake Grove Elementary , Meredith Hill Elementary, Nautilus K-8 , Panther Lake Elementary , Rainier View Elementary School Sacajawea Middle School Silver Lake Elementary FWPS Star Lake Elementary Todd Beamer High School Twin Lakes Elementary Wildwood Elementary.
