Listen, taking care of our digestive health is so important! All the processed and ultra processed foods are making us sick and it’s important to consume food/drinks that support our microbiome (aka Gut).

The microbiome is crucial for several reasons. It aids in digestion, helps produce essential nutrients, and plays a vital role in supporting the immune system. Imbalances in the microbiome have been linked to various health issues and this is why maintaining a well balanced diet is VITAL.

Over the past few months, we have been researching and testing different vegetable/herb blends to help support our community’s microbiome.

The birth of B Juiced!

B Juiced offers healthy oasis in Ferguson with juice, smoothies, toasts and more When co-owner Brandace Johnson learned that no juice bar delivered to her North County zip code, the idea for B Juiced was born.

We get to do what we love everyday which is to offer healthy/healing food options to our community!
