Day 2: Lantern Festival 🏮

Staying loyal to our community, we volunteered at the launch of water lanterns! At this Rapunzel-like experience, we checked people in, maintained the parks tidiness, and worked the merchandise area!

This enjoyable volunteer work opened our members eyes to the beauty of making connections and keeping peace within themselves.

Be on the lookout for a reel with the wonderful sights we captured during this event!

Day 1: Lantern Festival

Our first volunteering service was a success! Our members were able to get fresh air and network while setting up for a local lantern festival!

Our first meeting was a success!

It was amazing to see all of your lovely faces show up and participate! You all are the reason why we 'Level Up!'

Those who signed up by paper have also received an email on how to apply.

Our first meeting for the 2024-2025 meeting will be held today, August 29th in the library. All those interested in FBLA are welcome!

Additionally, those who signed up from the STEAM FBLA website will be interviewed! Don't worry though, this is only our first group. Apply at steamfbla.com if you're interested!

We hope that everyone is having a great school year so far!

As the academic year begins, volunteer opportunities begin to roll in!

For the next 2 weeks, you have 4 chances to volunteer! Students and families are welcomed too!

We have had many students ask about joining FBLA. If you're interested, we will have tables set up during lunch periods with fun games and activities! These will give you a little insight on how our club runs, and get first hand experience from members and executives!

This Thursday (August 29th), we will hold our first round of after-school interviews, so make sure your name is on the sign up sheet!

Congratulations to all of our graduating seniors from our STEAM FBLA chapter!!

They have shown us what a true future business leader is within our chapter, and will now enter a new stage in life.

A message to our seniors: Don't forget what you have learned, and learn from the challenges and mistakes that you will and have faced. Continue to be a business leader, and show the world why you are a STEAM FBLA graduate!

Today our chapter met with motivational speaker Miss Michelle L. Eunice to assist us with presentations for Districts.

Michelle L. Eunice is a motivational speaker, podcaster and college and career coach. She has over ten years of professional experience in public speaking and writing, helping to design presentations and workshops for large conferences and small groups. She attended Spellman Univeristy and is a Saint Louis native.

Thank you again Miss Eunice for coming out and speaking with our members. Their drive is rejuvenated and ready to succed at competition!!

Starting off today with exciting news!! Our chapter has completed the 2nd Stage in Champion Chapter: Shaping Success 🎉

Way to go members,we are halfway at our goal!

We are in full swing with Preparation for Competitions, and our executives are here to help! Please contact your designated mentor to set up practice sessions, run through presentations, or to ask questions.

Remember you are required to meet with your mentors 5 times before districts/state!!
