Fillmore High School Sports Hall of Fame

The idea of a Sports Hall of Fame came to Fillmore High School Coach Joe Woods three years ago. And there next job is to paint the room. Comm.

Joe said that he formed a committee and began the project in January of 2010. FHS Sports Hall of Fame Committee consists of Dick Mosbarger (Class of 1947), John Scoles (Class of 1959), Mike Marostica (Class of 1965), Debbie Basolo-Curnett (Class of 1969), Coach Joe Woods (Class of 1979), Lynn Hasty-Cole (Class of 1985), and Jamie Arundell-Latshaw (Class of 1993). For all of you attending the FHS Sports Hall of Fame activities this weekend, the football game IS NOT cancelled! It was rescheduled this week which means we WILL be having the Hall of Fame game tonight! New & current Hall of Fame members, teams, Charles A. Mozley & Chris Cone award winners WILL be honored and announced between the JV & Varsity football games. Please be there NLT 6:30 PM @ the NW gate of the football field. GO FLASHES! Respecting New Jewish ' s religious values Fillmore has agreed that in the event that New Jewish defeats Westmark tomorrow the 1st CIF Round will be played in Fillmore on Thursday at 5PM. HOWEVER should Westmark defeat New Jewish the game will be in Fillmore on Friday at 5PM. Let's show our support to the #1 Ranked CIF Team for Division 7. GO FLASHES!
