With the weather warming up we could not think of a better way to be starting out our summer. Activity is really picking up at the Pirates Cove Storage Facility in Findlay. There are six different buildings, and each building is at a different stage of construction. Steel buildings are being erected including roofing and siding, cmu is being laid, and concrete foundations are being poured in preparation for the main office and lighthouse.

The tall building along Melrose will be heated and therefore be perfect for storing your boat, RV, and/or business needs for this coming winter!! While the weather is warm now, it is never too early to start thinking about storing these things to keep them out of the cold.

The selection of roofing and siding materials is an important decision for any home. Roofing and siding don’t just provide a desired look. They provide crucial protection against elements and are major components in the assembly of a house. Since the owners of this custom home in Tiffin wanted a modern log cabin look, they selected high-performance roofing shingles, brick wainscoting, and concrete log and timber siding. Our team has been meticulous with installing these materials to ensure the house is not only properly sealed and weather-proof but looks beautiful, too. Amazing to see the transformation of this unique home.

When we say a house has "good bones," it all starts with the foundation and structure. This custom home project in Tiffin definitely has "good bones" with an intricate lattice of joists and trusses attached to a solid poured concrete foundation. Our team has battled through the winter weather to get this far and we cannot wait to begin putting all the finishes together. Stay tuned to watch this structure turn into a gorgeous home out in the country.

Construction has begun and the block walls are currently being built for the new Pirates Cove Storage Facility located at 2015 Lakota Dr. off of East Melrose.

This facility is going to include (6) buildings total and have multiple unique design elements setting it apart from the rest including masonry walls, decorative limestone panels, and a full size lighthouse!

The facility will have storage for everyone's needs: Including standard ministorage units of different sizes, climate controlled units, RV/boat parking, and more!

We are excited to spend 2024 working on this one of a kind project!!

We are in the dry!!! Garage doors installed, electricians on site, Tim and his crew are moving right along on this new office/shop in Findlay.

Right now it is just some wood stakes in the ground, but soon enough this is going to be a gorgeous custom home. Many months of planning and design are about to come to fruition as we hit the ground running on this project. With winter on it's way we are going to be hard at work getting this house in the dry and ready to bare the cold weather. Stay tuned for some progress pictures!!!!

We are sure everyone has seen, but if you didn’t know we have been hard at work this Spring and Summer renovating the old Cedar Valley Café into the new location for Heavenly Pizza located at 1132 Tiffin Avenue.

Our team has worked tirelessly this week moving all the equipment and items from the old location to this new location to minimize the number of days Heavenly Pizza was shut down. We are happy and proud to say IT WAS A HUGE SUCCESS!

If you have driven by the location this week you probably saw the hundreds of vehicles and workers in and out of there making what seemed impossible come to life! We are so excited to say that come Monday you will be able to enjoy your favorites from this wonderful restaurant again!!

We want to give a shoutout to all of our subcontractors who helped with this remodel, especially the ones who helped make the move this week including All Star Plumbing and Heating, Stumps Fire Protection, County Electric, and All Temp Refrigeration. It would not have been possible without each of these companies.

We also want to say thank you so much to Josh and his team for allowing us to be apart of this project. It was great working with them and we wish you the best of luck in your new home. No project ever goes 100% according to plan but with good coordination and great teamwork we were able to complete this one with very few issues.

If someone had the time, they could count all the pieces and components that go into a custom built home; from the very first nail installed, all the way down to the last drop of paint rolled on the wall. What somebody cannot calculate is the value of the friendships that are gained along the way. We were so fortunate to meet these home owners and have the chance to help make their dream home become a reality.

We were able to utilize some (maintenance free) modern materials and achieve this beautiful, rustic, log cabin look. This home has no shortage of unique items including log siding, hand made timber trusses, repurposed barn-wood siding that the homeowner reclaimed herself (with little to no injuries), 5 different stain colors, custom made cabinetry, the list goes on and on.

Building a custom home can be such an overwhelming experience for anyone who hasn't been through the process before. What really makes the difference is constant trust and communication between the home owner and contractor. We know how stressful the experience can be and we take pride in treating our clients the way we would want to be treated every step of the way, no matter the circumstance.

It was great working with Gibson Concrete and many other amazing sub-contractors on this project at Camp Berry. More pictures coming soon.

We just finished this beautiful floor at Camp Berry in the new Yammine Lodge. We did a stained polish using the color "caramel" along with doing an epoxy flake floor in the 3 bathrooms in the lodge.

We will be closed Monday, May 29th to Honor and Remember.

Our crew was hard at work through the winter and early spring building this commercial office building across from Emory Adams Park.

This building is one of a kind, built with a combination of post framed structure and standard foundations with typical framing. With 15' tall ceilings and large overhead doors this is the perfect facility to have a small office with a spacious area for storage.

Thank you so much to the owners for allowing us to be apart of this project, and also to all of our subcontractors and suppliers for helping us build this sharp looking structure!!

There is no better way to kick off spring than moving into your freshly remodeled building! It was a pleasure working with The Family Resource Center in the renovation of this amazing "new" facility here in Findlay.
This renovation included redoing a majority of the site including pavement, sidewalks, and storm utilities. The interior of the building received quite the facelift with some new ceilings, new paint, new flooring, and new restrooms just to name a few things.

The Family Resource Center is a vital organization in our community, and we are proud to be able to help give them a facility where they can maximize their operations in helping people in the community.

Things are coming along quite nicely on this beautiful "cabin inspired" custom home. Flooring is getting installed this week, and finishing touches added. This home is almost ready for move in. 😀😀
