It was a great season, thank you! We are now closed for the season - except by appointment.
We don't recommend that you do this with daylilies, but feel free to start braiding that big clump of maiden grass you meant to divide earlier this year and didn't!
We've only had 'Dr. Doom' for a couple years, and the original clumps are starting to mature enough to put on a really good show this year. If you appreciate the spider-form of a bloom, add this showboat to your list.

A new invasive species to watch for this summer: . Save our earthworms!
A new invasive species has been spotted in Ohio and OSU Extension Hancock County is asking citizens if they find them to destroy them.
Hammerhead worms are harmless to plants, but they are harmful to humans and animals. Native to Southeast Asia the hammerhead worm likes hot humid locations and are thriving in Southern US where they were introduced by accident, on ornamental plants.
Hammerheads eat native earthworms by creating a neurotoxin that paralyzes the prey. It won’t kill people but it can irritate pets and humans.
These animals can multiply asexually by fragmentation. That's why experts say if you encounter these worms use gloves and destroy them with salt, sun, and fire. Stepping on them can just make one into two, three or more.
It's officially on the books! Flag City Daylily Tour, Findlay, OH is set for July 8-10.
