Normally it takes at least 4 Bundles for length. However, for super fine hair, 3 fusion bundles will give you length if the natural hair reaches the shoulders, and there’s no blunt cut. When your stylist of many years decides to niche down and specialize in specific services, they have decided to Invest their continuing education in that specific area that keeps them excited about the growth in their career.
When a stylist makes the effort to specialize, and move away from the smaller services, they should be supported. Asking them to continue to do smaller services that they have grown away from is like asking a Gourmet Chef to prepare a Big Mac.

Being a great extensionist includes continuing your education, and growing with your industry as it evolves. Along with my growth, I have learned to protect my boundaries, by exclusively accepting clients that respect my personal days off, and my days to manage my business when I’m not behind the chair. Having time for weekly education helps me to keep growing as a stylist, and small business owner.
Those of us who are no longer behind the chair 5 + days a week are still working hard to for our clients…we just need time to work the business side as well. I’ve worked hard to get here, and I’ll keep working hard to stay on top of the trends, and on top of my business.
