Sometimes we need permission.
We need the 'ok' to be the biggest, fullest version of ourselves in the present moment.

We need permission to grow and evolve, to leave things behind, and to embrace the possibilities of NEW!

Sometimes I find myself sitting around waiting for someone else to give me permission too.

Here's the permission you've been waiting for. Do the thing, go to the place, say what's on your heart. Say YES or NO! Be bold, brave, and gentle💚

Life rarely looks like we think it should, but it's always working out exactly as planned.

I don't really remember this little girl. Her world seems so distant, like someone else's story.

Eventually, she grew into a strong independent woman who isn't afraid of the world. This woman hopes that she can be a guide for others.

The woman I am becoming doesn't need much, just what I can carry. This life presents it's challenges, just like every other life choice.
I can sleep at night knowing I'm doing the best I can having at having a human experience.
We're just walking each other home 🙏🏼

I have been off grid, but I'm BACK!!

This winter, I spent a lot of time in Shadow work to reexamine the direction I was taking in life, to evaluate the relationships I was maintaining, and how I want to contribute to the expansion of the human spirit; to align with the many facets of LOVE and JOY!

Over the past three years I have studied with many powerful teachers in various practices. I have received a Master attunement in Shamanic Reiki in order to work with plant and animal medicine. Magic is real, the power of the natural world to offer clarity, connection and healing is real!

We are in a time of major upheaval that will not end in our lifetime, but we can choose how we want to show up for ourselves and the rest of the planet going forward. Light and Shadow workers alike have major skin in this game!

After the session, you will be given an implementation plan to support your ongoing expansion. Services are provided in your home for maximum comfort and relaxation. The goal is to integrate at your personal vibration in order to receive maximum shifts without feeling like your world falling apart!

You aren't alone. 🙏🏼 We are evolving beyond these limiting beliefs because the rhetoric we have accepted for generations is being challenged and dismantled. We are waking up and remembering who we really are!

Powerful creative beings who can envision any life we want and then watch as those dreams are manifested into reality.

There is a whole world of medicine just out of reach of our limited five senses. We all have the capacity to access these energies in order to improve the overall quality of our lives and the the lives of the people we cherish.

Traveling Solo tests my resolve, my mental steadiness, and my friendships 🙏🏼

I always trust my intuition so I'm never really afraid. I meet interesting people from all kinds of backgrounds and lived experiences.

I'm learning to tap into the gentleness & patience of my heart. 💚
We are all healing from some personal tragedy and some people's corners are sharper than others.

It's ok. We are all doing the best we can. I have experienced real solidarity from my chosen family and friends. Their love and encouragement to be brave and live a full life reminds me that being HUMAN is the purpose!!

I stopped in Roswell for the day hoping to be abducted. I don't think the willing can actually be abducted.
I did not meet any aliens, but i did meet diabetes in the form of a cinnamon bun as big as my head!
Live a little, but don't die of diabetes. Good life lesson.
