• Applicants must live on or near the reservation
• Applicants must be a Hopi or Navajo
tribal member (Proof of enrollment required)
• Applicants must submit a typed one-page proposal detailing their need for support
• Applicants must take a survey provided by Red Feather

What does the scholarship cover?
• Tuition at a local trade school and/or college construction programs
• Trade certification courses (Including travel costs)
• Tool purchases and equipment repairs for current trade professionals and
existing businesses
• Contractor testing, licensing insurance, and bonding fees
