This song gives me peace. I think of the time I would stand on the sail of the USS Pollack (SSN 603) heading out to sea for its mission. Yes, I was on a machine designed to destroy Soviet warships, but it was still a peaceful moment feeling the wind of the ocean on my face. It also reminds me of change...change in my life. From a life of machines to a life of people.
