Did you know that the results are out on whether or not a daily multi vitamin is actually neccesary? In case I haven’t said it before, I am not in the medical field… all that I can do is share articles I find and share my results with supplements.

I started taking Balance, which is Tranont’s all natural multi vitamin earlier this year, and its been one for the first that haven’t caused my stomach to have any crazy reactions. I couldnt’ even take prenatal vitamins when I was pregnant with both our daughters because they historically have upset my stomach so much it wasn’t worth it….my doctors agreed as did my nutritionist at the time. I’ve been taking Balance for over 4 months now and haven’t had any complications adding it to my daily routine. That’s a win in my book.

Per an article in Forbes Health by Taylor Wallace, nutritionist, (https://www.forbes.com/health/supplements/should-you-take-a-multivitamin/), he likes multivitamins and notes that most Americans don’t get enough calcium, magnesium, potassium, choline and vitamins A, C, D, E and K on a daily basis. Balance doesn’t have all those, but has many of them and could be a great addition to your daily supplement routine if you’re needing to add these nutrients.

I had no idea how beneficial daily turmeric consumption could be. I know that I’ve felt better and had few allergies flares since adding Optimize (that has 114 mg of turmeric in it) to my daily routine, but after reading this article I can completely understand why.

Friday I was finally able to get our AC units serviced. Our HVAC is the husband of one of my best friends. He had soaked through his first shirt of the day before starting outside (upstairs split unit had to be taken apart and fully cleaned), so I offered him two samples of our powdered electrolyte drink to help him rehydrate without all the junk most sports drinks have in it. I also love that it’s sweetened with Stevia. 🥰
