Receptionist Needed!

Hello everyone!

Here at Modern Nails and Spa, we are currently looking for a responsible receptionist with great customer service skills. We consider ourselves customer-conscious, meaning we try to give our customers the best experience and service. As our receptionist, we expect a friendly attitude and strong work ethic. The receptionist will welcome customers while directing them towards specific stations and help alongside the nail technicians with tasks around the salon and more.

Basic Duties/Responsibilites:
⁃ Learn the operations of the salon
⁃ Welcome customers with a friendly attitude and assist them with the salon’s sign in and direct them to the appropriate station
⁃ Efficiently answer customers’ questions via telephone or in person.
⁃ Handle opening and closing the salon
⁃ Learn about our products and services
⁃ Operate the cash register and correctly check out customers while informing them of the different payment methods
⁃ Perform other duties as assigned

Must Have Reliable transportation to work!

Experience as a host or receptionist is a plus but not needed !

Pay: $15 hourly to start off

Schedule:
⁃ 10 hour shift
⁃ Thursday-Saturday, 9:45am-6:45pm
