Through contracts all over the country, our owner and Managing Paralegal Emily Davis has successfully completed contracts in other states such as Florida, Tennessee, Georgia and most recently Mississippi.

The ideal candidate would be professional & proficient in email management, phone calls, time management skills, typing, great communication skills with firm owner & clients, attention to detail, ability to throughly proof read, scheduling and client interviews.

Must have great internet & phone service with a laptop/desktop up to par and running its newest software.

We handle a wide variety of contracts so you’ll never be doing the same thing!

This is a great part time position that will quickly go full time if wanted*

Contracts are priced differently for instance you may handle a legal motion for $1000 or a personal assistant for $500

This is a dedication of time and effort, it will pay off if you apply yourself. Great for a stay at home mom that has the free time to have noise free conversations!

I’m Emily, 27 and have a passion for the legal field but really just helping people in general. In 2017 I received my first Certificate for Paralegal Studies and worked hard to find my place in the law field. I am now gaining my Associates for Paralegal Studies At Calhoun Community College which is accredited by the Alabama BAR! What’s this mean? I get to sit for the NALA exam (National Association of Legal Assassinating) and be recognized as a LEGAL PROFESSIONAL!

I have dreams of jump starting my career and turning into a mentor for women and men just like me! I am currently a two gal show but with progression I will be hiring new candidates to fit right in. Best part? You work from the comfort of your own home, or like me satellite office. This next month I am sitting for the Alabama Private Investigator exam and reapplying for my notary license!

Not only do I work with Legal BUT I am also a professional Virtual Assistant! I actually signed my first contract yesterday for a million dollar business! Cool huh?
