We wish her the best of luck as she graduates from UNA with her Bachelor’s in Exercise Science, and begins her journey to becoming a Doctor of Physical Therapy! Kelsey Dean Kimbrough is a native of middle Tennessee. Growing up in a small town in the middle of nowhere, Kelsey always loved coming to the Shoals for a touch of civilization. She knew she would one day call Florence her home. She attended the University of Tennessee at Knoxville for her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. A true Vols fan through and through. Kelsey then moved to Memphis to attend the University of Tennessee Health Science Center where she received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. After graduation Kelsey moved back to middle Tennessee and after some time working, she was able to purchase her home in Florence and joined the Shoals community! She met her husband Jacob and they still reside in that home with their fur babies. With her 9 years of clinical experience Kelsey has gained special knowledge and skills in the areas of spine rehab, lymphatic drainage, vestibular rehab, and has become a specialist in pelvic floor rehab. Kelsey is passionate about bringing quality care and awareness of the benefits of Physical Therapy to the Shoals community! This passion sparked the idea for opening her own clinic. With the help and unwavering support of her wonderful husband, Jacob, 256 Physical Therapy, LLC. was created!!!
