We had a special guest swing by to visit us the other night.

Meet Calypso, the retired harness horse. At the age of 25, Calpyso is full of love & we were blessed for him to share that love with us! Now, the reason for us inviting this beautiful friend, is because of Joan. Joan & her husband had a farm, and on that farm she had harness horses. She recalls fondly going to the track & racing with her horses, & still has a deep love for horses today! Joan’s birthday recently passed, and her one wish was to spend time with a horse. Determined to make that happen, we did some outreach & Calypso’s mom was so excited to make that happen for Joan! The fact that Calypso was a harness horse was just the icing on the cake!
