For three decades, this enrichment event has tremendously impacted the lives of countless youth residing in low-income public housing throughout the southeast region. This occasion not only provides a chance for the youth to showcase their remarkable athletic abilities but also offers a weekend of cultural experiences and educational opportunities through college and university tours, Black history proponents, prestigious guest speakers, and more. The goal is to provide tools, resources, and exposure to allow our youth to reach their full potential.

HYDRATE THE HOMELESS!! 💦
Our fundraiser starts this weekend, but you can donate early today! 😄
Thanks to our generous community, last year, the Homeless Care Council of NW Alabama raised over $600 that was used to distribute over 100 cases of water to our homeless community! That’s over 4,000 bottles of water!👏🏼
Through partnering with agencies such as Community Action, Room in the Inn, Salvation Army, Crossroads Community Outreach, Shoals Dream Center, The Help Center, we were able to get bottled waters right into the hands of people that needed them.
Shoals Community, we are asking for your help again! Simply click the donate button, donate, and all proceeds will go to buy bottled water that will then be donated to our area homeless service providers. No amount is too small! ☺️
It’s going to be hot for several months! Let’s help keep our community hydrated! Donate now through July 31!
Thank you! 💙
