East Florence Water Association is seeking an individual part time for water billing and secretarial duties.

Applicant will need to know how to do light bookkeeping, Windows and basic computer knowledge. Knowledge in water billing a plus but can train the right individual. Must have means of transportation and ability to drop deposits at the bank in Florence.

Job includes working in office Friday mornings from 9am to 12pm (noon). Attending monthly meeting and producing reports for board members. Returning customer calls regarding water billing. Issuing notices to system customers and producing any paperwork associated with operations of the association. Reporting to system manager regarding customer concerns and issues. Assisting Water Operator with paperwork and deadlines. Light housekeeping of office.

A duty list will be provided upon hire. Pay depending on experience. Average hours per month 20-25, paid by salary.
