IMPORTANT: my Instagram page has been hacked.
Whoever did this somehow got into my account, changed all of my personal info like email and phone number so I could no longer access it or request access to my account through Instagram Support, and is now posting my old photos of the account’s story IMPERSONATING me to promote cryptocurrency.
Please please please report and block the account! They changed the username too (see below) but all of my photos remain intact 😞

I have created a new, PRIVATE Instagram account () that y’all are welcome to follow in the meantime.

FYI: I did not click a link, talk to anyone or give out any personal info. I’m not sure HOW this person got into the account, but all I can assume is that they somehow accessed my phone number. Please be safe out there, and if you’re on Instagram please report my old hacked account (they changed the username to .wulia_) so they will hopefully be taken down.

THE WORKOUT:

- Warm up with dynamic stretches
- Conventional Deadlift 4x12
- SUPERSET Straight arm lat pulldowns 4x12 & Calf raises 4x12
- SUPERSET Leg press 4x12 & Pulldowns 4x12
- SUPERSET Dumbbell Romanian deadlift 4x12 & Single-arm dumbbell row 4x12
- Core circuit x2: Plank toe-touches with toe-touch twists x10 each side, Bicycles or modified bicycles (as shown) x10 each side
- Cool down with stretches, yoga, and/or rolling out!

If you try it, let me know what you think! Remember to use a weight that you are comfortable with but that challenges you, and prioritize your form!

Don't feel bad if you take a day off for Thanksgiving!
You do you, because only YOU know what's best for your physical, mental, and emotional health!
The same goes for how much and what you choose to eat this holiday! Don't feel bad to indulge and have a good time with your family, but also don't feel weird about listening to your hunger cues and knowing when you're full, or being mindful about some of the things you put on your plate!
We are all different and have different goals. 🧡🧡🧡

For those of you who are wanting to add cleans to your workout routine, this is a really great tutorial on how to get there!
I am personally working on adding them to my routine, and when I say start with the bar, I MEAN START WITH JUST THE BAR! It's the best way to avoid injury and perfect your form at the same time ;)

Been making some upper-body gains lately! I’m so happy with the progress, both in strength and appearance. I’ve never been able to let myself BE as much as I can now, without comparing my body to others.
