THE WORKOUT:

- Warm up with dynamic stretches
- Conventional Deadlift 4x12
- SUPERSET Straight arm lat pulldowns 4x12 & Calf raises 4x12
- SUPERSET Leg press 4x12 & Pulldowns 4x12
- SUPERSET Dumbbell Romanian deadlift 4x12 & Single-arm dumbbell row 4x12
- Core circuit x2: Plank toe-touches with toe-touch twists x10 each side, Bicycles or modified bicycles (as shown) x10 each side
- Cool down with stretches, yoga, and/or rolling out!

If you try it, let me know what you think! Remember to use a weight that you are comfortable with but that challenges you, and prioritize your form!
