Our staff at the store, our husbands, our friends, even us... we all get asked on average 5 times a day what the status is at the old hospital.... we are waiting (and have been since Oct. 2022) for our land swap & new deeds to be finalized. We currently own a small portion of the Pecan Park and its parking lot and we cannot get our construction loan approved until that issue is fixed.
