In this 2-hour Grief Yogaยฎ Workshop, you will experience the Compassionate Cycle of Transformation through gentle movement in the body. No yoga experience is necessary to benefit.
The class begins with introductions, followed by a one-hour Grief Yogaยฎ session. We conclude with some Q&A and group processing. Grief Yogaยฎ can be profoundly healing and transformative, especially if you are struggling with emotional suppression and/or grief and loss.
During the workshop, you will:
