Rooted is so excited to be coordinating a CarFit event at the local senior center in Gainesville, GA on July 25th! We’re hoping to begin hosting events and 1:1 sessions regularly to support the local community!

CarFit is a FREE educational program jointly developed by AAA, AARP and the American Occupational Therapy Association. The program is about showing mature drivers how to enhance the comfort, safety and “fit” in their vehicle. A proper fit can make a big difference to protect the driver and those around them on the road.

If you’re interested in attending yourself, curious about the program for a loved one, would like to volunteer at an event or help host one on site at your business please reach out!

As a solo mobile occupational therapy practitioner the day to day can feel overwhelming at times doing it all from intake to discharge and all the little things in between…BUT seeing the smiles on my clients faces, hearing family members and loved ones report the positive changes they observe in the client and changes in their lives as the loved ones and caregivers make all the hard work worth it!

Last month I had the privilege of taking the Gillespie Approach - Craniosacral Fascial Therapy class in San Antonio. It was an exhausting but so rewarding 6 day course. My child’s tethered oral tie journey led me to CFT and I am so glad it did! I am so excited about all the benefits and people I can support through CFT. I’ve already seen and heard first hand how CFT is helping my loved ones and clients alike!

This modality is so gentle, relaxing and effective! It’s also a more holistic approach to healing which I absolutely love!! ❤️ I am so excited to continue to work with more individuals, infants to adults!

Welcome! Rooted Home Services has been a dream for more than 5 years and finally in 2023 it has become a reality! I am so excited to be offering support in the aging and place field as I have always been drawn to it in my career! I will be offering support to the mother baby dyad and holistic living and healing as well as they are two areas I have grown passionate about in my own life and I want to share that knowledge and support with others!
