Back in the day he was the only student so he grew up fighting at 5 years old with Coach Wil having to fight on his knees!

We’ve all come a long way! Proud of his accomplishments. He is now a software developer leading a team for Intel! Bought his first house. And getting married next year!

Graduation/Rock the Block Party! - Come hang with our staff at the Rock the Block Event @ Matthews and Co. Salon (7375 Spout Springs Rd) on Friday, August 2nd from 5 - 8 PM to celebrate going back at school and Dojo Graduation! There will be complimentary food, drinks for kids and adults, games, and music! Students will be able to pick up their new belts at the Dojo Tent! Parking is VERY limited so please be patient and use the adjacent lots and any parking across the street... (There will be plenty of places to park golf carts!)

With a mixture of pride and sadness, we’re announcing the retirement of our esteemed coach and long-time friend, Coach Daniel Lamb, from The Dojo and the martial arts community. Since joining our Braselton location in 2020, amidst the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, Coach Lamb has been a pivotal figure in our mission of “building better kids.” His daily contributions on and off the mat have made a profound impact on our students, and he leaves a legacy of hundreds of accomplished martial artists he’s mentored over the years.

After three decades of karate coaching, Coach Lamb has decided to embark on a new journey, following a passion he has nurtured over the past decade: gunsmithing. He will be working alongside industry professionals as he prepares to launch his own company in this field. While we will deeply miss his presence and guidance, we are excited to see him pursue this new path with the same dedication and excellence he has shown in martial arts.

Our team wishes Coach Lamb nothing but the best in his new endeavor. He is, and always will be, like family to us all. Having known him for over 30 years, we welcome him back anytime, especially for our black belt tests.

Please join us in celebrating Coach Lamb’s incredible contributions and wishing him success in his future endeavors. He will still be on the mat for the next few weeks, so make sure you wish him farewell!
