Our client desired to convert this second-level bonus room into an additional bedroom for one of their children. We constructed framed walls, installed electrical wiring, and drywalled the area before closing it off. This project was completed within a remarkable four-day timeline, featuring finished doors, baseboards, and a fresh coat of paint. As a result, our client was highly satisfied, and the property value increased due to the successful room addition.

Revamped the fireplace and mantel for a repeat client. Added 1x6 baseboards and 1x4 trim boxes to the main level. Painted the ceiling, walls, and trim a crisp white. Completed the look with a brick veneer fireplace and new mantel. Sand and refinished hardwood floors.

Last week we installed a private entrance doorway going down to a basement living space. Closed in the lower stairwell, framed wall, drywall. And paint. Like it was always there !

Finished Saturday project in a day. On to the next!

Transformed the color of a residential metal handrail from white to a sleek black gloss finish. 4 level stairwell.

Framed and installed a electric fireplace last week. In master bedroom suite. Framed wall opening, drywall, paint and a top ledge on top. All in 1 day. Start to finish.

Client has a one car garage in basement with master bedroom above. Wanted to insulate more to control air and noise. Used Rockwool for noise proof. Call us for any Insulation needs.

Makeshift workshop for custom cabinets on the job site. Client hired a “pro” to make them. But we tore them out and redoing them. His wasn’t professional let’s say. Removed existing uppers and build new boxes and keeping the doors

Framing day!!! Last week.

Finished this basement bedroom and bathroom last week. Started from the studs. Frame walls on foundation, elec, plumbing, walk in shower unit, complete bath, laminate flooring in bedroom. Recessed 4” LED lights.

Last month we framed and added 2 small offices in a large basement space. The clients purchased the home in the summer and work from home and needed their own space to work. This is how it came out !!

Did a facelift on a bedroom, closet and bathroom a couple weeks ago. Removed old carpet. Added subfloor. Installed this nice shiny LVP flooring. Painted vanity. Resurfaced countertop and bathtub. All new hardware. Changed doors.

Updated this Family room. The ceiling has those old 9x9 ceiling tiles. Removed them and installed drywall. Stipple ceiling texture and paint to match the rest of home.

Finished out this basement last month. Been very busy these last several months and keep forgetting to post on Facebook. Trying to get more jobs listed and show off these jobs!!

If you have had a small fire or any smoke damage, let us clean and seal it with a shellac!!! This small ranch in Marietta had a small kitchen fire, gutted all rooms except the bedrooms, cleaned all framing and applied the sealer.

Completed this wheelchair ramp for a client in North Georgia last week. First time for everything ! Never pass up on a challenging job. Once the frame was done, the rest was a piece of cake!!

Finished a Attic storage area into a functional Bonus Room for a clients grandchildren play room!

Finished a Bathroom Restoration Rebuild. The existing shower fixture was leaking in the wall and affected the walls and floor. Complete shower wall tile replacement, drywall repairs, tile floor, vanity, paint. And finishing touches.…..PS …vanity top is being made. That’s a temporary platform for now!

Finished a Kitchen Restoration this past week. The customer was in the process of replacing the Dishwasher and a pipe broke in the wall. They were without a kitchen sink for a month before contacting us. We quickly wrote up a quote and got her back together within a week. Same size cabinets and layout.
