An excellent summer side dish!! This asparagus with cherry tomatoes and feta is a simple and fresh side for any BBQ, picnic, or dinner party!

Ingredients:
1/4 cup MTO Frantoio EVOO
2 bundles of Asparagus
1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
1 tbsp MTO Tuscan Dipping Herbs
1 tbsp MTO Lemon Herb Seasoning

Directions:
Separately brush the MTO Frantoio EVOO over the asparagus and cherry tomatoes and season with MTO Tuscan Herb and Lemon Herb Seasoning. Bake the asparagus at 425° for 10 minutes, add the cherry tomatoes and bake for another 5 minutes. Top with feta and enjoy! 🍅☀️

Looking to recover from all that holiday sugar? This mixed green and pecan salad with our Basil Olive Oil and Pear Balsamic Vinegar is the perfect healthy and delicious meal or side dish to help you get back on track!

Ingredients:
1 bag Mixed Greens
1/2 cup MTO Basil Olive Oil
1/4 cup MTO Pear Balsamic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
1/4 cup coarsely chopped toasted pecans

Directions:
Add mixed greens to a bowl. Sprinkle over the top goat cheese, pomegranate seeds, and chopped pecans. In a separate bowl emulsify MTO Basil Olive Oil, MTO Pear Balsamic, salt, and pepper. Drizzle the dressing over the top of the salad, toss, and enjoy!!
