Another catering in the books. This time something completely different.. Lasagna,Spaghetti , Meatballs , Green salad & bruschetta…. An 80 th birthday party for a young man that grew up in upper New York and loved Italian food. We definitely hit a home run from all the positive compliments received tonight.. thanks to a great friend to help out .. Mark was great , always has fantastic energy about him
