Congratulations to Coach Niemi, Coach Morrison and Coach Messersmith. Coach Mike Messersmith was one of the founding members of Folsom Lacrosse Association at the time it started it was Cordova Lacrosse and added Folsom later as it grew.

FLA youth players out in force last night to support the FLA alumni playing for Vista Del Lago. Every one of the Vista Varsity played for FLA. Congratulations on the hard fought win and onto the Championship Saturday vs Oak Ridge. 3pm at Christian Brothers.
