"I have been to the SACRAMENTO facility twice. Within one visit Dr C had listened to me more than any other Psychologist I've been too. She believed my when I told her I had ADHD my whole life, and about symptoms k can't even explain. She believed me when I talked about any problem. She listened. She ran some tests and the DNA test was so awesome. It made it easier to get help to not be started on something that doesn't work! So happy for the tests! I was going to a doctor that was down Arden and they were horrible so finding this place was like Serendipity! It came at the right time and place and I'm starting to feel more like myself!!"

"I am a new patient here, so I do not have a lot to go by so far but...to date I have been very happy with the quality of the care I have received. The vibe here is great, everyone is helpful and friendly. The RN working with on meds is top notch, and after my first meeting with my therapist I feel like there is hope for me. It is a very busy office, but appointments are addressed right on time,(a rarity) and I feel valued as a client. Highly recommended."

"I have been going here for treatment now for 2 years now. They have always been kind. I had a small billing issue but it got fixed quickly. I do get copies of my receipts just in case because my insurance can be weird. My only other small problem was that one counselor talks over her patients a bit so I didn't feel real heard. But I did find another counselor who fits my personality well. It just may be an ill fit before. The other counselor was still kind."

"Spravoto! I have had a spinal injury and depression medications don't really work for me. I was suggested Spravato because it has been really making a difference... Well, I have had two sessions so far. I can truly say my life has changed for the better. It is a different therapy and takes a little getting used to. My experience has been euphoria and a little dizzy for 30-40 mins. The best part is forgetting about the lifetime of BS that my mind has coveted for so long. Just gone!! The biggest surprise was my pain level was lowered to a 2 from a 7.. I am really looking forward to see how long it will last in future sessions. I would recommend bringing headphones and music from the good days."

"I've been going to this office for 9 or 10 years, since it was just Dr. Soliman and a few others. I have always felt well cared for by him and by the nurse practitioners that I have seen. Usually everything goes off without a hitch, and my prescriptions are sent to my mail-away pharmacy as usual. For some reason, my prescriptions didn't get filled after the last visit. When they didn't arrive at the usual time, I asked for prescriptions for a 30-day supply to be sent to my local pharmacy, and the remaining 60-day supply to be sent to my mail away pharmacy. Long story short, nothing has gone smoothly since then. After several calls and about 5 weeks, I talked to medical assistant, Lacee Lewis. She quickly understood the problem, knew how to correct it, got it taken care of, and called me to let me know it was done! Thank you Lacee Lewis!"

"I've been pleased with the care I have received. There's been some bumps during the expansion of the practice over the past few years or so. Originally it was Dr.Solimon, his wife and a few office staff in a small section of what was Originally "Folsom Psychitry". No counselors, med technicians, phlebotomist, appointment schedulers. Looking at things from the other perspective has helped me to be better at taking responsibility for how I deal with other people. We patients are there because well, it is a mental health facility. We're there to get help for those reasons. Those employees deal with people who need more assistance with mental health than the "average person" or at least we're willing to admit it. Some maybe not and have to be. However, we're working on getting better. I'm pretty sure that if anyone ever digs to the center of the earth or ends up on the axis the world isn't revolving around anyone of us as individuals. I can't say that I'm at all pleased with the service I have received when phoning in and that automated phone "press this number for" because it doesn't give an option to push a button to leave a message for a person. Instead you're required to send an email to: name .COM SERIOUSLY!!!!!???? I could have left a voicemail with my name, number and could you please call me back at your earliest convenience thank you! In the time it took to type that out. If it's an emergency (not 911 everyone knows to call 911 when it's a 911 emergency, right?) just let them know it's important scale of 1-5. That's why I only gave 4 stars."

"Unfortunately many of the for-profit health care system issues effect patients here also. Strict fees and policies are necessary for this office to function as one of few community psych providers in Sacramento. However, many individual staff I have worked with have been supportive and understanding. Crystal Ward, Clinical Director, as well as the staff who work with her (Jordyn), are working hard to provide efficient care to patients. I have seen several receptionists handle unfortunate situations professionally. Most often it is a system issue, or miscommunication, but many patients are in a hard place and react negatively to the receptionists. As a mental health awareness advocate myself, don’t let a bad experience turn you off from seeking the help you need. You are your own best advocate, and going up the chain is all we as patients and family can do to improve the system and individual staff members’ incompetencies. You are not alone, and you are loved. Keep pushing."
