We changed internet companies about a month ago and have been having problems getting our phone calls. Sometimes it will ring and sounds like we have picked up the phone but there’s no one there and then there’s times it will go straight to voicemail. We have tried to switch back to AT&T but as of now you can’t get it in our area. I apologize if you have tried calling and couldn’t get me. If you call and this happens, please either text me or leave a voicemail and eventually the voicemail will pop up and let me know that I have one. It is very aggravating and I apologize for any inconvenience.

Starting Immediately …. Salon changes
Please read below my No-show & Cancellation Policy

I am so thankful for being a busy salon owner filled with beautiful clients but sadly, I have had a run of no-show and last minute cancellations . I am having to enforce a cancellation policy. After 20 years of doing hair, it has come down to this. When you don’t let me know that you are not going to make your appointment that means that I am left with wasted time where I could have put another wonderful client in.

Without a minimum of 24 hours notice I am not always able to fill these appointments. Which results in a loss for my business. In a small business time is money and it hurts me tremendously when I have no-shows and cancellations because that is money that I was expecting to make. This is my livelihood and I rely on my booked appointments. If no one is in my chair I’m not making money.
I will now be implementing a “no-show” & “cancellation policy” this is to cover your missed appointment

No-Show = If you don’t show, then 100%
of the service must be paid

Cancellation = If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice then 50% of the total service must be paid

- For any client more than 15 minutes late for a color service, it will be up to your stylist to decide if your appointment needs to be rescheduled or if you can still be worked in that day.

We understand that things come up and unexpected things happen, however this is our job and how I support my family.All I ask is that you give at least a 24 hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel and I will be glad to work with you. Thank you for being understanding as I implement this new policy in the salon! ❤️ Thank you for understanding, if you are no show we loose income as that time was specifically reserved for you.

The holidays are fast approaching, and I am already getting pretty booked. I can’t emphasize enough to pre-book your appointments if you want to ensure you get in. I am going to quit working in the salon so late at night. There are nights that I don’t get out of the salon until eight or almost 9 o’clock and I’m just not gonna do that anymore. I am grateful for my business, but I also have a family. Please be mindful that most likely I am not going to be able to get you in immediately so try to book in advance
