It is with a heavy heart I write this but I tried so hard for it not to come to this however most of you know I've been sick for a long time and it all come to a head March of last year. I had surgery thinking I'll be back to work in no time until another surgery I would need in 3 to 5 months after that. However I've not been able to get back to work almost a year and 2 surgery's later and another surgery coming, I have no choice but to close Hair Bizz. I said all that to say this, in 1999 my dream to own my own salon became a reality and for 20 wonderful years (well 19 since I missed last year) I followed my dream, lived my dream and enjoyed every single minute of it. I kept Hair Bizz open for the last year thinking I would be able to get back to work but since I haven't been able to and still have another surgery coming I have no other option but to close shop at this point. Although the dream of running my own salon is over for now my passion for doing hair is not so as soon as I get my last surgery behind me and recover I'll be back behind the chair meeting new people, thanking the ones that's seen me thru it all and living my best life!! I'm eternally grateful to God for the opportunity to serve my community and blessing me with such an amazing business for so long. I thank all those that made Hair Bizz a success and have shared so many amazing memories with me as well as my son. I'm truly grateful for being able to work side by side with one of the most amazing men I've ever known for 13 of those 20 years and that worked so hard helping me to keep the shop open even after i couldn't come back and that's my son Jordan Jackson but you all knew that lol. We will still be doing hair and those that follow me know how to get in touch and those that don't yet but may have any questions please feel free to call us. I really haven't put this out there because I'm fairly private about my personal life here, however the salon will be pretty much closed for a couple of weeks due to me having surgery and Jordan is super busy with his business at Night Owl Iron Works at the fair and heart square. I felt you all deserve an explanation. I'm so sorry for any inconveniences. Please know we are not closed down nor are we planning on closing. We will be back better than ever really soon. Thank each and every one of you that have been with us for over 20 years now and for your understanding and patience. Love and blessings to you all!!! ❤️
