Yesterday, I experienced my first Watsu massage or “water shiatsu”. It was wonderful!!!! If you like a massage, this is amazing as you float in an extra warm pool during your session. Amanda gently stretched and skillfully helped me to feel peaceful and relaxed. I will be doing this again!
