Meet Linda Parker, the Operations Distribution Account Owner of HWC Logistics.

Linda has been with HWC Logistics since May 4th, 2021. She is a valuable member to the team, taking initiative to learn more every day, manage and keeps one of the largest retails orders organized. The team wouldn't be able to do it without her!

The challenging tasks at work have always driven her to push her limits and learn new skills. Her dedication and enthusiasm have been truly inspiring.

When asked, "If you could switch jobs with anyone for a day, who would it be and why?" Linda said, she would like to switch roles with someone in the warehouse to see the whole process from orders in the office to processing and shipping the orders in the warehouse.

Fun Facts:
•Born in Oklahoma while her dad was in the service and with family roots in Maine, Linda has a unique background and a charming southern accent. She has traveled extensively across many states and Europe.
•Outside of work, Linda loves spending quality time with her family, attending concerts, Braves games, NASCAR events, and breweries with her sons. She also enjoys relaxing at home with her three dogs and watching some TV.

Meet Richard Thomas, an essential member of our team since April 1998.

Richard is a great asset to our team. He is consistent with his job responsibilities, communicates well, keeps his paperwork in order, and is knowledgeable, and polite. He is always willing to take on any task, going above and beyond.

His love for his work and the company keeps him motivated, even during challenging tasks.

Fun Fact:
• Richard enjoys taking his boat to the lake for fishing, a hobby that might surprise his colleagues.
• Outside of work, Richard, a dedicated “FSU4Life” fan, loves watching football and spending time with family and friends.

Meet Dana Murphy, she began her journey with HWC on June 18, 2021. She is currently wearing two hats with the Transportation Team. She is doing courier in the early morning and dispatching afterwards.

Dana's positive attitude and willingness to fill in the gap when needed have been a great help to the Transportation Team.

When asked about her most memorable moment while working at HWC, Dana fondly recalls the 2022 Halloween Dress Up event where she had a blast dressing up as a fellow coworker.

Offering advice to newcomers in her position, Dana emphasizes the importance of taking notes, remaining open to learning, and being prepared for unexpected changes.

In her leisure time, Dana shared she enjoys attending concerts.
