TRANSPARENCY POST!

Just sitting here thinking...I thank God for my mom! Wendy Banks McGilvery.

I would tell her that I was dealing with acne, bloating, I would loose weight and then gain it right back, no matter what I did, i was tired all the time and my s*x drive was up and down, and I felt guilty about it. I would get discouraged.

People will say, you lazy, you just need to work out more, eat less, try this diet, ( IASO TEA WORKS BTW) try this and that. And make terrible comments that begin to weigh on you.

I did everything right and still didn't get any consistent results.

My mom convinced me to go to the doctor and I found out ...

* I had the hormones of a 65 year old post menopause.

*Vitamin D deficiency

*Iron Deficiency

*high blood pressure

*cist on my ovaries and uterus and much more.

I started going to a Black Woman doctor that my moma referred me to and she has changed me tremendously in such a short period. She listens and understands and is solving my problems without putting me on a bunch of meds. Today was one of my surgeries and even though I'm not where I need to be yet! I'm excited about where I'm going!!!!

I'm not going crazy! There was a reason why I felt all the things! I feel so much better.

No the meds kicking back in...im going to bed.

All my post are transparent but lets scratch the surface!!!

In Februarys end, I was 236...which doesn't feel good on my frame.

My goal is 210! I dont want to be skinny! I'm very tall and thick! I dont want to loose that. I want to loose target fat areas and get my weight down and build muscle!

So I have been taking my products and this is my weight in...
