Hi Everyone, we are taking orders for thanksgiving. Orders to be picked up wednesday before turkey day.

We will be at First Methodist Church of Forney for their trunk or treat! We will have Brisket Sammies and other yummy food. Come hungry, play games, get candy, but don’t be too scary 😄 See you there!

YES! We will be smoking turkeys and ham for Thanksgiving. We have limited space. All orders to be picked up the Wednesday before Thanksgiving throughout the day. $5 more to carve the Turkey. Full menu below:

It’s been a crazy busy day! All orders out right on time. Everything looking prime and delish! We are truly blessed to have our regular customer and some new ones this year!

We had a last minute request for a ham. I closed up shop at the 9-5 and got to work. Our hams are absolutely delish! Cooper tested and approved!

I have a couple more hams available for Thanksgiving. Pick up evening before around 8pm. $55 pm for yours!

We did a little catering gig for FUMC pre school teachers. We love giving back and cooking for this school. Our first turkey of the season and it’s a beautiful bird. Mac and cheese is thick, creamy and, delish!

We had a small cook yesterday that consisted of brisket and baby back ribs. It was a great little cook to kick off the gorgeous fall weather!

Just want to step out of our normal fun loving, always joking, and silliness. For a serious thank you.

I want to say thank you to STIKY RIBZ BBQ and it’s former owner James Reed. As we started On this journey we never intended to be ”competition” as some local bbq joints refer to us as. James reached out one night, and tbh my heart was pumping. I was thinking he was going to be upset that we were taking a small bite out of his market. It was quite the opposite. James wanted to know our story, he wanted to know how he can help and was always there. We never asked for anything but he would reach out on occasion to make sure we were good. You can’t find this type of person just anywhere. If we are not eating our BBQ we were eating his. Just a top notch person and restaurant, that made us strive to be and do better.

We wish you the best buddy, you deserve some rest and all the good things in life.

We have been MIA since our last cook on Easter. We were buying a new house, and didn’t have time to cook for our customers. We even sold our smoker during the transition. We are getting settled in, and purchased this beauty to restart our cooks. Thank you to all those who reached out, and asked if we were ok. Fall time is busy for our family but please reach out. If we are open for cooks that weekend we can fit you in!
