Ready to sell this week... Best to eat, around Thanksgiving and after... The resting period of a cold smoked cheese is important to the flavor of the smoke to be throughout the cheese...

Our smoked cheese is great for holiday charcuterie boards or adding that something different to your homemade Mac & Cheese...

Since we opened, she has became a Chambassador with the Forney Chamber of Commerce , a board member for Citizens for a Forney Area Library , and built the largest free book library in Forney...
