The blue butterfly symbolizes the transformation of the indigo child from unhealed to integrated. The process of healing is nonlinear and messy. It requires us to embrace our caterpillar (or shadow) self as we navigate the discomfort of the cocoon phase. Through healing, self-acceptance and emotional regulation, the Indigo spreads its wings.
