400 Smith Racing
We want to meet your dad. http://400smith.wordpress.com/
It's a bit surreal watching raf's amazing biography this morning and then the same day we got our notice that 400 is hitting the market, and it's the end of our lil bike family.
6 weeks left in this life. Come say goodbye. We love all our residents and have made so many friends over the years. I can say without a doubt without this house the cycling community in this town would not be the same...
Love to you all. And tha is for being a part of our lives.
Sadly, our coffin book library has met its end. But lucky for you we still have a ton of free books including an old set of encyclopedias. All free for you heathens.
Currently accepting applications for our bike/lifestyle team. Available September 1st.
Tree trimming day!
Alright, who got skunked?
Wycolo Boarder Patrol will be Nov 14th. Meet at The Bean Cycle at 7:30 and we will roll at 8.
This will be this seasons Winter Ralleye Kickoff. We will ride ~80 miles up towards the Wyo boarder heading up CR17 to Red Mountain Open Space. There will be no services so bring all the food and water you need for the ride.
Reminder: The Winter Ralleye is just a group of friends out for a ride when most stay home or go skiing. These are self supported rides; there are no support vehicles or supported rest areas. There is no entry fee, no registration, no UCI points, and no prize money.

Deadman's Longhaul 2014
7 of us departed from the Alley Cat at a chilly 7:30am. We headed north on Taft Hill, east a mile to County Road 17, and took that up to County Road 80. We headed west over the ridge past Park Creek Reservoir and took a short break at the Forks in Livermore. The fun began there where, throughout the 23 mile climb up to the Red Feather Lakes, we received a generous 20 mph, gusting to 40 mph, headwind. We had a much needed lunch at Pot Belly where Andrew decided that he'd had enough and headed back to town. We were down to 6, but had a great time rolling down a snowy and muddy Manhattan Road towards Rustic, where we got our first little bit of a tailwind. After a fast downhill in the Poudre Canyon to Stove Prairie Road, Jeff continued down the canyon and we were down to 5 riders. Buck Horn up to Ford Hill (the backside of Rist) was the last climb of the day, and all that remained was the descent of Rist Canyon in to Bar SS in Laporte where Colin, Paul, and Toby stopped for a beverage after John and Will headed home. What a great way to finish off the Winter Ralleye Rides. We hope to see more people out riding with us next winter.
