Introducing Mo' Ficient Imperial IPA. Inspired by a conversation with a chat bot that resulted in an explanation that human language can be more efficient. We decided that there was definitely a more efficient way of saying "more efficient". So, to curb our normal tendency towards verbosity and the over use of words and letters, we cut right to the heart of the matter and, in a moment of inspiration that would otherwise have been lost to history and would have deprived modern civilization from experiencing the freedom of brevity and kept us chained to the conventions of language foisted upon us by the good people at Meriam Webster who, despite the best of intentions, have kept us from dangling our participles and ending sentences with a preposition, the latter of which they did recently change in a futile attempt to stay hip with the youngsters of the world, we dropped a few letters and Mo' Ficient Imperial IPA burst into the world.

But enough about the name let's talk about the beer. Mo' is a relatively simple imperial IPA. Clocking in at 9.0% abv and brewed with Centennial and Chinook hips, Mo' has classic American IPA notes of citrus, pine and fruitiness. The finish is dry and crisp with a noticeable presence of alcohol.

Today we're releasing Sunbeams and Starlight into the wild! A hop forward pale ale, fermented with brettanomyces, Sunbeams has a prominent fruitiness and enough funk to keep things interesting. Come see if you can figure out where the sunbeams end and the starlight begins! It's all a mystery.

The only way to deliver beer on such a nice day! Pedal powered!
