Choose people who will say your name in a room full of opportunities. Those friends that grab you by the hands and say “you need to be here.” If you don’t have them, find them. Manifest them. Pray for them. I was invited to an incredible mastermind retreat by my sweet friend of 17 years . I came to this mastermind only knowing one of these incredible humans….and I left with 5 new fierce BA women friends! We were real, we were vulnerable, we were raw….and we let it all out, breath by breath! We moved and cleared energy to make space for opportunity to take place! We laughed A LOT, cried A LOT, ate healthy foods, indulged in sweet treats, and made more coffee/matcha stops than I can count! And we walked….and walked….and walked. And I LOVED it. I can’t wait to reconnect in a couple months at the powerhouse women’s conference, and I have a big feeling we are going to be life long friends!

Betty Bubbles is growing and thriving over here! My sour dough starter journey has gone so much better than I expected! There is so much information available it almost felt like it was going to be too much! “You need to use a scale, and your measurements need to come out to 20g this, 20g that and….” all I heard was…..blah blah blah! I know my great grandmother didn’t own a scale back in her bread making days. Knowing her, she probably didn’t even use measuring cups either! Once I thought of her making a starter suddenly the overwhelmingness went away, and it’s become one of my favorite parts of the day….the old fashioned way! Never did I think I could feed one more thing, but I’m sure enjoying nurturing this “Beautiful Betty Bubbles” and can’t wait to bake for my family in a few more days! Have you ever wondered what the family looks like when shopping from a small business? Shopping small supports a real family, just like mine. Walmart and Amazon aren’t going to notice a $400 gift card purchase, but I can tell you that I do and my family does, and we sure appreciate it! One of my clients had called me and said she wanted to finish up her Christmas shopping……I had no idea it was going to look like this! The fact that my people want to support me and my family vs a chain store literally brings me to tears. It is the BIGGEST compliment when you refer your friends and family to me and I can’t wait to love on these 4 people. 💖

I posted this 2 years ago on international mountain day. We had no idea what would be in store for us the following years to come. The “law of attraction” is really working out well for us. We have been “planting seeds” and whispering “sweet something’s” into the universes ears. We haven’t told many people about our next move but this was the sign, it’s time! Talk about synchronicity, When I posted this picture 2 years ago we had no idea that this church was waiting for us….but the universe and god sure did. If you would have told me we were going to buy it, I would have laughed and said “we could only dream.” But that’s exactly what we have been doing! DREAMING! That beautiful building is going to be the home of our salon and suites, a retail store, commercial, and event rental space! Our roots here just got a whole lot deeper and we have a long road of work ahead of us but we are stoked and feel we are living in total alignment. This was the first church in Woodland Park in 1890. The Free Methodist church was started by a group of women when the casinos, gambling, and use of illegal alcohol was out of control. One woman donated a large portion of her families farm to be able to buy the materials to build it. It has been added on too throughout the years but the original part still stands and we are fascinated by the history of it!

Crazy what happens when you listen to your gut, and follow your dreams! Remember that photoshoot my family did a few weeks ago? There was a reason - - - Surprise!!!! Our family is the December featured family of Woodland Park Living magazine! We can hardly believe it! What an experience and an honor. Thank you WP for welcoming us with open arms into this wonderful community! When I opened my little studio here in woodland park, I set it up for 2 people, just in case the PERFECT person organically came along. I have NEVER advertised that I had an extra station, or poached anyone to come fill it. I quite like working by myself with just my guests. I often got asked if I had planned on renting that station, and I always said, ‘Nah, unless the absolute-perfect-person walked through the door.” I have been manifesting that woman to stand behind this chair…knowing she was already here. And I mean- I’ve been particular! I’ve been manifesting someone that wanted to work specific days….the days I don’t. This universe works in mysterious ways. A few months ago, an incredible woman whose name I didn’t even know reached out to me, inquiring if I had a station available. That little gut feeling I get told me to lean in and ask her to meet for coffee, Get to know her to even know if this would be a good fit!Let me tell you…..our energy totally connected us on this giant floating rock! She is the ying to my yang, and a true gem of a human! We won’t be working together often but I am looking forward to the times that we do, and cheering her on as she spreads her wings, and touches the hearts of this great community! I just know, you’re going to love her and I can’t wait for you to meet her!

“Can I hug you……?” Abso-freakin-lutely you can!! I had 3 new color guests in my salon this week and after spending 2 hours loving on their hair and their spirit, they felt my energy and all asked to hug me! Two hours prior they were “strangers,” but through communication, connection, and instant trust they felt safe enough to hug me! This is my why! It’s almost like seeing 2 entirely different people from when they walked in vs when they walked out! Always fulfilling my promise- “You will walk out of my space feeling better than you walked into it!”

A normal person sheds up to 100 hairs a day. Im no doctor, but I do know that the amount of hair loss I’m seeing in people is not normal. I get asked nearly everyday about hair loss, and hair thinning, and what I can recommend to help.
