Try this Monday move: Standing forward bend is known to calm the mind and help relieve stress. It can help improve digestion and reduce fatigue.
Give it a try! It’s so worth it.
If it’s been awhile since you’ve stretched like this, go slow. Bend your knees (a lot!) if your low back is tight.
