2004 5.9 Cummins came in with a rough hazy idle and lack of power. We determined this rig needed a fresh set of injectors. Exergy Performance Sportsmans were installed to save the day. A Fleece Performance Engineering Cheetah Turbo, BD Performance Manifold, S&B Filters Intake and a HPT UDT Tow Tune were added as well to tie it all in together. This truck runs like a top, makes more efficient power, and is ready to tackle any job! Thanks JR for trusting DP Customs!

Seger’s LB7 came in for a DPC 750hp Street Trans after his last “built” trans recently done by another shop was already flaring, slipping and limping. It was also incorrectly stalled for the turbo size he currently has. Our units come with a Mishimoto Automotive cooler and he opted to have a Dirty Ho**er Diesel / DHD Dirty Alli Locker installed as well. After data logging the new set up, we added a S&S Diesel Motorsport 10mm pump to help maintain fuel pressure with the larger injectors it has and dialed it in with UDT DSP5. What a blast to drive and great overall set up. Thanks for trusting DP Customs!

After working my truck hard for 170000 miles. My head gaskets unfortunately let go. Daman and I got a plan of attack figured out and parts ordered. Once all the parts came in I dropped my truck off on a Sunday afternoon and got it back Thursday night. He worked long hours and busted his butt, even on his son’s birthday to get my truck back on the road! DP Customs is the shop to go to for any diesel truck needs in the area!!!

L5P came limping in with multiple codes and a plugged DPF. After a NOX Sensor & Turbo Actuator replacement she’s good to go! Force regen to clean it out and she’s back on the road!

Another Allison in for a complete rebuild. This one suffered from a torque converter failure and had some smoked clutch packs which led it to see extremely high fluid temps. We got it all fixed up with many new internals transforming it into our Street Trans along with a new CSF Radiator, and a Mishimoto Automotive Trans Cooler.

When our customer came to us with his 2006 F750 with a vision to modify it, we knew right off the bat it would be a team effort. With the help of these great company’s in Fort Dodge we were able to create this head turning truck! Truly one of a kind!

This 6.7 Cummins came in with what was thought to be transmission issues. After we mechanically and electronically diagnosed it we determined that the vanes were stuck with a shot actuator. Without the vanes properly working, expect to have laggy take offs and worst mileage. A Fleece Cheetah was installed to get her back on the road. These chargers have been proven over time, offer a great warranty, and will make/support more power. Thanks for trusting DP Customs!

In order to maintain the same great reputation which means giving every truck the attention it deserves, we have decided to move to appointment only with no walk ins. This will give us more time to dedicate to YOUR vehicle without other outside distractions. With an influx of work, limited staff and small shop space we are booking out 4-6 weeks for major repairs. We hope to find solutions in the near future to better assist the community cutting down lead times.

After months of engineering, we came up with a pedestal that covered every problem seen with competitors. No more cracking, no more clearance issues and easy wastegate plumbing to name a few! Your 44/45mm wastegate will clear the fuel rail and fuel rail sensor (if applicable) and put the discharge opening in a perfect spot for dumping into the atmosphere through the hood or into your exhaust through the downpipe. If you do not run a wastegate, simply cap the provision off (caps sold separately) and enjoy a QUALITY billet T4 pedestal. With an easily removable base, this pedestal can also be adapted to use on L5P Duramax blocks (L5P base sold seperate).
