A Salmon Discovery
For four days we’ve traveled through southern Chile experiencing the full and complete process that goes into salmon farming for our newest client.
From genetics, to eggs, to sea farm, to harvesting, to processing and finally to packaging. We’ve been completely immersed in all that goes into making a superior Coho Salmon.
We’re grateful to all who have shared with us all the care that goes into this extensive process and look forward to sharing more.
