Gzella Collection’s Efforts to Manage Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Here are the protective measures taken to ensure the comfort and safety of guests and staff:
• Guests and hotel staff must wear facial coverings in all common areas, upon check in and check out, and maintain social distancing.
• For your and our staff’s safety, guest room housekeeping will be limited. Our housekeeper will leave a bag on your door with the essential products that make your stay as pleasant as possible. If you will be in need of any additional products, amenities will be provided upon “request only”.
• To limit the person to person contact we now offer express check-out.
• For the guest’s convenience, we have posted hand sanitizer dispensers in the receptions of all properties. We are increasing our reserves of hand sanitizer for use by our guests and employees over an extended period.
• We have provided the front desk agents with gloves and antiviral cleaners for high traffic front services spaces and equipment, the guests’ key cards, reception desk, etc. The Groundskeepers are also provided with gloves and antiviral cleaners to ensure the facility’s grounds area are sanitized on a regular basis.
• All housekeeping employees have been instructed to use antiviral cleaners on high traffic surfaces such as: door handles, television and air-conditioning remotes, light switches, toilets and any other surfaces that are high-traffic surfaces. Under no circumstances, the cleaned rooms are being entered by any other person than the next guest.
• We are reminding our employees to often wash their hands, making them aware of its utmost importance and have we provided them with additional hand sanitizer dispensers.
• We are reinforcing training procedures to ensure cleaning processes are implemented properly by our employees.
• If any of our staff appears to be suffering from flu-like symptoms, they will be asked to promptly seek medical attention and to remain home until they are free of symptoms.
• We are encouraging guests who are ill to seek medical attention and to avoid public exposure as much as possible.
