Proyecto Nakkal is made by Santi Degásperi and Nico Monforte childhood friends who studied oenology together, and in 2020 started their dream of making natural wines in Uruguay. Among its principles, intervene as less as possible in order to generate a natural balance and guarantee the collective well-being. An inspiration and the premise for making their wines. The style of their wines reflect these characteristics of the area, which allow them to produce wines with a lower alcohol content, light tannins, good acidity and a lot of freshness. All vineyards are managed with sustainable production protocols, seeking the greatest care for the environment and the environment, and the use of raw materials and by-products from the place. Souper Samurai’s debut event!! We’ll consider Souper Samurai chef Daichi’s alter ego😎. Daichi grew up in Mie, Japan learning about food from his mother’s cafe and his father’s restaurant. He came to Florida in 2017 and has worked in a variety of kitchens: mostly recently at Ya Mas! Taverna and the Katherine. He’s bringing his American experience and Japanese background to the shop and he’s ready to produce some unique Japanese inspired snacks!

Coming from the border of France and Germany, in the area known as Lorraine (Côtes de Toul) swimming right by the Mosel River OR on the stretch of the Mosel River (whichever you wanna go with). An appellation caught between shadows and unfamiliarity, there is so much to love here.
Camille Migot is relatively new to the game having only made his first vintage in 2013, but his family has been working in the vineyards for 13 generations. Certified organic with an estate that’s only 5 HA.
Domaine Migot’s Gamay is FIRE. We needed more Gamay like this, it’s why we fell in love with it in the first place. Juicy with vibrant acidity and silky tannins making this refreshing and easy drinking. With a slight chill, this is what we’re gearing up with as the days get hotter.

Arianna Occhipinti has undeniably been producing elegant wines that continue to shine light on Sicily’s indigenous varietals. She started working in wine by the help of her uncle Giusto Occhipinti at 16 and gradually started making her own at 22 with just one hectare of abandoned vines in the commune of Vittoria.
She has progressively expanded and pushes the needle further from her flagship SP68 to now estate single varietals. All organic viticulture, hand-harvesting with native yeast fermentations.
