The rowing machine was my all time favorite machine/exercise as done correctly exercises the entire body. I hated running so this was my go to place. 20 mins and every thing is warmed up, stirred and running over.

Back to the Monday grind. My four day weekend last week got extended to the entire week after coming back from a trip to Chicago. I had that moment where I just didnt want to get up and workout. I miss traveling and even though I did, I was in a mood. I ate good. Stuffed pizza, pudding and even wine, something I’ve learn to curve during the past 7-8 weeks. The training paid off! You got to love Monday’s. Going a little over board with excessive good food and drink, it’s now time to clean up and dig in. There are many things to be thankful for.
