Meet Hannah, .garden's fabulous General Manager!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Hannah embarked on her journey with in 2018, stepping into the vibrant atmosphere of . Starting as a Service Manager, she dedicated herself to delivering exceptional experiences until January 2020. Driven by her commitment to excellence and natural leadership acumen, Hannah swiftly climbed the ranks within Starr Restaurants. She found herself accepting the role of Assistant General Manager at Aimee Olexy’s , where her tenure lasted until August 2021.

After The Love, Hannah seized a new opportunity as General Manager with The Love’s sister restaurant, .garden, a revered culinary gem in Philadelphia. Talula’s had always held a special place in Hannah’s heart, and assuming leadership there was a dream come true. Since then, she has immersed herself in the vibrant culinary scene, bringing her expertise and passion to elevate the dining experience at Talula’s Garden & .

As a connoisseur of fine flavors, Hannah’s favorites at Talula’s include The Botanist cocktail (a sucker for a spritz) and the Homemade Ricotta Ravioli, both embodying the restaurant’s commitment to quality and creativity.

Meet Amber, Steak954's Beverage Manager.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Originally from Philadelphia, Amber has spent over 20 years living and traveling across America in the pursuit of culture and culinary adventures. Having worked in both the front and back of house to thoroughly understand every part of what goes into making a great dining experience, Amber found her passion in cocktail curation and education.

Every ingredient, wine, and cocktail has a history and story that can be told and honored through presentation. Amber seeks to convey these elements with creativity while providing a memorable experience for guests. Education is an essential part of being an effective leader, and Amber strives to constantly broaden her own knowledge and takes pride in sharing it with her employees and guiding them to their full potential. Fostering great relationships with beverage representatives and distributors has resulted in a free-flowing exchange of creative ideas and training experiences that benefits employees and guests by elevating her beverage programs and sales to the next level.

In her personal time, Amber loves exploring new beaches and finding the best hidden gems of charcuterie places and sandwich shops, which she likes to pair with a great champagne. She continues to travel and make lifelong friends all over the world, leaving everyone she meets a little better than she found them, full of memories, laughter, and great food.
